This issue has been resolved.
We are experiencing issues with Anyday payments via Shopify.
It seems we do not receive the correct callbacks at the moment, which will result in the payment not being registered correctly in the Shopify backend.
However the payment is authorized and can be captured via app.pensopay.com. The customer will also receive an order confirmation.
