Third-party service DNS issues

We are observing issues in delivering callbacks properly to shops properly. We have identified that simply.com has been victim for a DDOS attack.

We are following the situation closely.

The initial status from 04.00 CEST:

"Our DNS servers are currently the target of a massive DDOS attack. This can cause problems with DNS lookups, which in turn may affect email and web sites for domains using Simply.com's name servers. We are working on mitigations. Our nameservers are currently not responding, because our Internet provider is doing mitigation. We are working with them to fix this."

  • Simply.com has updated at 11.07 CEST that they removed an ISP. It seems to have cleared the issues.

    We are seeing improvement and will keep monitoring.

  • Payments MobilePay is experiencing issues

    We are seeing MobilePay transactions are not being processed.

    We are investigating the issue.

  • We are seeing transactions being processed now.

    Later today we will post an update to this incident, once we receive an explanation of the disruption cause from MobilePay.

  • The issue roots in MobilePay and they are investigating.

    For now you can disable MobilePay until further notice.

    The issues with MobilePay affects credit card payment response time as well, and we are seeing minor disturbances with processing credit card payments.
