Payments being captured and refunded in Shopify are currently landing in a pending state.
However the payments are actually being processed as expected.
We will keep you posted.
All impacted payments should be resolved now and eveything has returned back to normal.

A fix has been implemented to resolve payment captures and refunds in pending state.
Within a short period of time you should be able to see pending payments has been resolved and captures/refunds being processed as expecting.
We are monitoring the implemented fix as it's working through the payments.
The issue has been identified and we are working on a fix.
In the meantime we encourage everything to double check if transactions in pending state (in Shopify admin) are captured by checking the payments in the gateway on app.pensopay.com.
So far all captures/refunds are processed succesfully, but if you want to make sure, you can check it out on your own.
