Mobilepay updated their status and have resolved the issue.

Mobilepay is currently experiencing degraded performance with Mobilepay transactions with Visa cards.

Some transactions may be refused.

The issue is due to a tokenization issue, and Mobilepay is investigating.

We will update this status once Mobilepay provides more information.
