The connection is now restored, and orders that were pending before, are now being sent to the gateway and the store with correct status.

Please mind, that some customers might have placed duplicate orders.

We are seeing MasterCard transactions are now being approved with 3d-secure.

MasterCard still has not confirmed a fix, but we are seeing an improvement in succesful authorizations.

We are seeing that transactions through Nets’ platform are starting to be successful again, but we will continue monitoring the situation closely.

Please note that all failed capture and refund attempts must be retried manually.
